If your account is setup to automatically renew each year, we will send you an invoice within 30 days of the expiry date. 

Once payment has been received your subscription will be automatically extended for a further year.

We currently only accept BACS transfers.

Although, we are in the process of also being able to accept card payments.

Yes, you may cancel your annual subscription at anytime throughout the year. 

There is no reimbursement for cancelling your subscription at anytime throughtout the licence period, and this also applies to any remaining vaccine credits.
