Easy Read Code Search Utility

This little Microsoft Access program makes it easy to find any Read2 codes using one or two words. Very easy to use and saves lots of time and frustration trying to find the right code.
An essential tool for summarisers.

This is a standalone application, so anyone with MS Access or runtime may use it.

However, it does include local READ2 codes unique to the Vision medical software, which have been mapped to popular Snomed codes for backwards compatibility.

This latest update includes the locally mapped Vision READ2 codes based on Vision Snomed release: 34.1.0_20220803000001 UK clinical extension.

Licence Agreement

You are granted a non-exclusive Licence to use the Software for any purposes for an unlimited period of time.
The software product under this Licence is provided free of charge.

Even though a license fee is not paid for the use of Freeware Version software, it does not mean that there are no conditions for using such software:

The Software may be installed and used by the Licensee for any legal purpose.
The Software may be installed and used by the Licensee on any number of systems.
