The only stock control and storage management solution for the Vision medical software. Anything prescribed in Vision can be stock  managed using Smart Clinic.

Smart Clinic conforms to CQC requirements providing functions for managing and reporting on:
  • Storage management
  • Returned to Stock Items
  • Expired stock
  • Stock Disposal
  • Stock reporting
  • Batch number tracing
It can also provide assistance with:
  • Automatic batch selection based on expiry dates or patient age
  • Automatic Stock expiry due to date
  • Mark stock as not to be used across the practice
  • Automatically display paycodes for claiming
  • and so much more...

Smart Clinic and Smart Flu Clinic read the Vision patient record to determine what immunisation(s) each patient needs based on age and past immunisation history, and automatically prepares the Smart Clinic immunisation form accordingly. 

Smart Clinic Filters

Custom filters enable you to see the immunisations you use the most for Flu, Travel and Child clinics
The key benefit of Smart Clinic is being able to configure how you want each stock item to be recorded in advance. When stock arrives it's added to Smart Clinic and configured for data entry. 

Coupled with Smart Clinic software intelligence that reads each patient record, means large amounts of accurate data can be recorded with just a few clicks!
Smart Clinic is £130.00 + VAT for an annual practice licence. (less than .37p a day)
This means it may be used across all sites for an unlimited amount of users. 
Once downloaded you purchase the annual licence within Smart Clinic: Just download > unzip > enter your registration details,
which will form the contents of the invoice that will be raised automatically by the program.

Once a licence has been purchased for Smart Clinic you are entitled to use the Seasonal Influenza Invite & Vaccine Report 2024/2025 available to download from the Excel Wizards Reports page
