Seasonal Influenza Given View

This sheet provides a detailed list of which influenza vaccine types have been administered, showing the event date, stage, reason, source and free text. All recorded using the immunisation entity within Vision.

The 2 additional green sheets will list the other forms of data entry such as a prescription or medical history. They also include a column to show if an immunisation entity also exists against the patient. Ideally every patient should have this data recorded within an immunisation entity for data collection purposes.
